Salary: $47,000 - $52,000

Job Overview:

As a Document Control Associate / Archivist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with GLP and/or GMP standards and ensuring the integrity of our Quality Management Systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to the team responsible for coordinating and executing all activities necessary to maintain compliance with GLP and/or GMP and the integrity of the Quality Management Systems.
• Archive and maintain GLP and GMP documents with an accurate inventory, both on and off-site.
• Organize the transfer of controlled documents for offsite storage.
• Facilitate document retrieval during regulatory inspections.
• Assist in the maintenance of the Quality Systems.
• Track and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures programs.
• Issue and archive laboratory notebooks.
• Keep documentation in an inspection-ready state.
• Provide necessary support for client audits and site regulatory inspections.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and internal customers.
• Offer documentation support.
• Organize and file documents as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should possess.

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Degree related to a scientific field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain the document control system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self motivation, adaptability and a positive attitude.
