Job description
- Lead VIP groups through the resort, providing an exceptional, luxury experience tailored to their preferences and requirements
- Assist with a variety of VIP needs across the Resort including; VIP Tours, Birthday Packages, Character Breakfasts, and Special Events
- Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute VIP Experience Events in alignment with park events.
- Maintain excellent VIP guest service, both internal and external, by networking within the resort and establishing relationships with other departments to anticipate and fulfill future VIP needs.
- Book VIP Experiences, ensuring compliance with PCI regulations and converting inquiries into successful sales.
- Recognize all aspects of the resort to deliver outstanding VIP experiences, identify group needs, and plan customized itineraries.
- Act as an ambassador for the resort, staying informed about key LEGOLAND information to entertain and educate VIP guests.
- Prepare for and deliver VIP Experience Events while adhering to VIP standards, ensuring high feedback scores from attending VIP guests
- Research VIP groups to understand their preferences and limitations, creating tailored experiences that include attractions, restaurants, and other amenities.
- Record all VIP financial transactions and maintain a database of group expenditure records.
- Adhere to the company's TIPs policy and procedure to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
- Ensure that daily resort operations are not hindered by VIP group activities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to VIP Experience inquiries through email and telephone contact.
- Serve as a booking agent, converting inquiries into sales and efficiently booking all VIP Experiences.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage and connect with guests.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple VIP groups and events simultaneously.
- Knowledge and passion for LEGOLAND Florida Resort and its attractions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer systems and booking platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and navigate the resort for extended periods, and in varying weather conditions
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Education:
High school graduate or General Education Degree (or equivalent education and experience) is preferred.
USD $14.00/Hr.
