Job description
We are seeking a Field Distribution Scheduler to support a leading consumer electronics company in Bethelhem PA.
This is an onsite contract role open to local candidates.
Duration: 12 months
Shift: 7:30AM4PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with inventory control and other CC functional areas to ensure timely and accurate delivery of specified equipment to customers.
- Coordinates installs with sales or account managers.
- Uses database and spreadsheet tools to analyze data and process workflows.
- Precalls customers to set up deliveries pickups and relocations.
- Prints and scrubs the Ad Hoc Report. Prints BOLs.
- Updates the delivery system with scheduled date and notes.
- Emails delivery notifications to Order Processing.
- Updates Oracle DFF notes CC notes or the Zoom Screen.
- Creates Manual orders in the delivery system when needed.
- Responsible for scheduling orders in staging to ensure the CC hits cycle time requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education:
Required:
- 1 year or more of customer service
- Great oral and written skills
- Strong customer presentation skills
- Knowledge of databases and spreadsheets
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate across all levels
