Job description
Accountant
Our East Coast client is looking for an Accountant eager to learn and grow with their onsite team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Come join a nationally recognized organization that strives for innovation, prioritizes top-notch quality, and cares for their local communities.
Responsibilities of the Accountant
Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Perform variance analysis within revenue, expenses, and financial statements.
Support financial reporting and cost report schedules.
Assist with accruals and preparing schedules for forecasts and budgets.
Audit support as needed throughout the year.
Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Experience with general ledger and general accounting principles.
Knowledge of healthcare and/or insurance billing a plus.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: $45k-$50k (DOE)
