Our primary objective with each role is to maintain our core focus and culture of the company in every department and within all communications and interactions with our customers. The Office Manager will perform a variety of duties and will practice and exhibit our company values. We strive for exceptional customer experiences, and an excellent work environment for our team.
Responsibilities include:
- General Office Management, partner with our Administrative Team to promote a positive workplace environment and Teamwork. Present a positive and professional attitude.
- Understand and promote company culture/values.
- Responsible for OSHA Safety Training and Compliance.
- Oversee fleet records, including inventory, tracking devices and registration.
- Create and maintain sub-contractor records.
- Assist in Human Resource Management including recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding and benefits.
- Phone backup as needed.
- Audit timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform high level communication both via email and verbal.
- Admin support for Controller, PM, GM as needed.
- Attend all sales and company meetings (weekly and monthly, respectively)
- Assist Team Members to ensure they have the necessary equipment and tools for success
- Ongoing education and learning.
- Self starter
- Additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 4 years office management REQUIRED
- Construction experience preferred, but not required
- Job Progress experience preferred, but not required
- QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn technical trade/industry details
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Team player with a focused attention to detail
- Self starter
- In-Office Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
- $60,000-$70,000, depending upon experience, plus Profit Share
