Expected Salary : $1,888.74 semi-monthly or $45,329.76 annually

Job Location : This full time position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137. Regular work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Saturday/Sunday/Holidays off.

This position consists of professional program planning, management, and supervisory work of substantial scope and complexity for a treatment unit in an inpatient mental health facility for persons with developmental disabilities.

• Supervises Consumer Banking ensuring staff are providing accurate banking services within the guidelines and regulations of the fiscal policies of the department and facilities.
• Reconciles all Petty Cash in Safe weekly and submits report to Department Manager.
• Reviews and signs checks for Consumer Banking ensuring all backup documentation is present and accurate.
• Inputs and/or approves Revenue into SAMII on day of deposit in the bank.
• Ensures Revenue is posted to CIMOR by the 10th of the month following the deposit.
• Ensures Daily Cash Counts are completed, accurate and balanced.
• Ensures Outstanding Receipt lists are sent for each facility at the designated intervals.
• Investigates and corrects errors made by Consumer Banking staff in a timely manner.
• Completes bank deposits weekly in a timely manner ensuring deposits are accurate.
• Collects, compiles and submits Banking data for reports daily, monthly and quarterly.

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• One year of supervisory experience.
