Salary: $145,000-$160,000 commensurate with experience

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus eligible

Job Summary

Compass Group, one of the world’s largest food service companies has a new opportunity for the right person to join the organization and influence, a Fortune 5 global tech client’s hospitality and food program. The Director of Organizational Excellence & Enablement will be dedicated to driving and simplifying the business strategies, operations and programs globally. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global Strategy Operations, this person will be partnering closely with the SVP on a variety of strategic, operational, and organizational matters. You will play a key role in shaping the account’s multi-year strategy, leading the rhythm of the business, global initiatives, building out the enablement function and driving process improvement. This role requires someone who has a strategic, business mindset, and a bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and easily partners successfully with a wide group of stakeholders, from leaders to individual contributors and support staff.
