The Role:

As a Warehouse Manager, you'll be at the heart of our new Regional Distribution Center in the United States. You'll lead the charge in overseeing and enhancing our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless 3PL management, efficient inbound and outbound processes, and maintaining alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

3PL Management:

Be the main point of contact for our North American RDC.
Conduct weekly meetings with 3PL partners and lead business reviews.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with 3PL providers.
Warehouse Operations:

Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
Provide oversight for a team of direct reports.
Forecast Visibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely forecast information to 3PL partners.
Process Alignment and Consistency:

Align warehouse processes with company standards.
Ensure consistency in workflow and adherence to established procedures.
Logistics Management:

Efficiently control and monitor logistics claims from identification to resolution.
Review logistics invoicing for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and manage the 3PL budget.
Qualifications:

10 years of experience in Warehouse Management in the United States.
Knowledge of customs requirements; FTZ warehouse management experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Project management expertise, from defining needs to delivering solutions within the schedule and budget.
Competence in Transportation and Customs.
Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker, etc.).
Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and APS/forecasting tools.
