We are looking for a Treasury Manager to support global cash management for a $5 billion company. This role is responsible for daily cash reporting, wire transfers, investments, and debt management. This position is mostly remote, with at least one day a week expected in the Corporate Headquarters in Pasadena, CA and occasional in-person meetings and conferences. The pay scale for this position is 90K-115K, based on qualifications and experience.
Your Role :
- Cash Management
- Management of Treasury Analyst. Review daily cash positioning and forecasts
- Review and approve wires transfers, FX trades
- Investments - Daily Trades, Manage Investment Schedule
- Debt management - manage loans and credit facility
- Bank Account Administration - assist with opening and closing accounts worldwide, manage bank account reconciliation reporting and audits
- Bank Fee Analysis
- Manage FX rates in Oracle
- Manage integration of new acquisitions and subsidiaries converting to Oracle, the company's ERP
- Treasury Management System
- Administration of TMS, Kyriba
- Oversee technical development of Kyriba, implementing new bank connections and file transmissions
- Develop cash positioning reports and dashboards
- Train new users and expand Kyriba use worldwide
- Bank Relationship Management

- Manage global banking relationships. Attend meetings and conferences
- Implement new technology and maintain best practices in all areas of banking and cash management
- Administration of online banking platforms
Qualifications :
- Experience Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a corporate environment, with involvement in Treasury
- Experience with Treasury Workstation, Kyriba
- Skills Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
