We are looking for a Materials Coordinator. The Company will provide relevant data, information, and subject matter expertise, and actively participate in all of the projects. The contractor services will provide project management, execution, communication and business analyst skills.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage processing waste requests in Coupa as a Master Shopper
* These requests will be exclusive for the headquarters material management team.
* Track steps to completing requests.
* Track waste request details to develop reports.
* Work to optimize waste processes and forms.
* Manage distribution of material forecasts
* This will be inclusive of raw and packaging materials; some are sent weekly or monthly forecasts depending on business requirements.
* Maintain lists of contacts
* Work in collaboration with cross functional team members to validate forecasts. (i.e., supplier assignments and allocations)
* Manage File for Supplier Details
* This will be inclusive of raw and packaging supplier contact information and order Item information (pack size, pallet size, expiration dates, and shipment requirements)
* Initial setup based on The Company's ways of working & requirements.
* Ongoing maintenance with new supplier information and other new inputs.
