Job Requirements:

1. Mainly responsible for answering calls and receiving customers

2. Responsible for office operation, mail management and express delivery

3. 组织和管理会议室预定、分配和设置

3. Organize and manage the reservation, allocation and setup of meeting rooms

4. 履行行政部门职责,为内部员工提供其他支持

4. Perform the duties of administrative department and provide other support for internal staff
