Job description
The Recall and Retention Coordinator will achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals as related to the Registration and Scheduling of new and existing clinical patients, in a clinical call center. Your finely tuned background in Sales, and Retention, will help patients find a pain-free life while helping them get on the path to recovery. You will master scripts, rebuttals, overcoming objections and product knowledge while delivering in a confident and empathetic tone and manner.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes superior sales experience, soft skills, pivots, and rebuttals to overcome objections needed to register and schedule patients.
- Must be comfortable asking probing questions, to determine proper service line patient is seeking treatment for.
- Approaches sales and service with confidence, compassion, and perseverance.
- Connects and builds rapport to help reengage potential patients by using common courtesy, empathy, actively listening, and awareness.
- Diffuses high tension situations as the need arises while going above and beyond to resolve any issues.
- Utilizes systems and various tools available to stay abreast of changes and new information and to assist customers by appropriately recommending products, services, and promotions.
- Consistently achieves Sales and Retention targets (as well as other metrics) such as Call Quality, Occurred Visits, Registration and Scheduling Percentages, and Attendance.
- Flexible and willing to work on additional campaign assignments/department initiatives as needed.
- Attends additional training and coaching sessions as needed to support evolving business needs.
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ Year experience of hitting/achieving sales targets/goals, required.
- Prior experience in a call center environment receiving up to 100 calls per day in both an Inbound and Outbound Call Center, required.
- Prior experience in Sales, Retention and/or Recall Initiatives/Campaigns, required.
- Prior experience with sales scripts, rebuttals, required.
- Experience in a contact center environment, strongly preferred .
- Demonstrated experience handling escalated callers, service issue, and employee conflicts.
- Bilingual: English / Spanish, English / Russian or English Ukrainian highly desired
- Ability to work onsite and one weekend day remote.
