What You Will Be Doing:
The main duty of this role is to guarantee that production that is scheduled for completion is carried out within all quality requirements and on schedule. Along with having experience with Lean principles, KPIs, and visual management in a job shop manufacturing and assembly environment, this position will also take part in the hiring and performance management processes. It will also perform supervisory duties in compliance with applicable laws and organization policies. In order to optimize production flow and maintain quality and safety throughout, the production manager will motivate, oversee, and guide the team.
