What to Anticipate

Requirements
- Strong probing and investigating skills.

- Ensure the security of customers information and wellbeing.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Commit to 1525 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).
- Ensure a quiet distractionfree work environment.
- Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client (laptop or desktop).
- Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).
- Have a hardwired broadband internet service (DSL Cable or Fiber Optic connection). Purchase a call center noisecanceling headset connecting to your computer via USB.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role. Home Office Setup: A quiet, professional workspace is essential. Ambient noise should be minimal to ensure focus and professionalism. Internet Requirements: A stable, high-speed internet connection (75+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload) is crucial.
