Job description
Role Responsibility
Provide first and second-level support of the platform, troubleshoot and resolve problems, document, and implement corrections and enhancements
Continually improve the internal team processes around environment support, CICD, performance management, and problem mitigation
Work effectively within a collaborative team. Manage tasks independently while reporting progress and challenges to the project team. Leverage team guidance and feedback from inception to deployment.
Support and enhance Identity Management features:
o Identify areas of improvement for existing processes
o Gather requirements in terms of user stories or use cases
o Provide meaningful estimates in terms of effort, timing, and integration
o Adopt industry best practices, and identify areas for the team to excel
o Verify features through functional, load, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
Experience
3-5 years Brainwave GRC Analytics experience
Implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of the base product beyond simple use cases
Administration, troubleshooting, debugging, performance management, development and enhancement
Setup and maintain data extraction from various endpoints (e.g. JDBC, REST)
Create custom dashboards based on the customer requirement
Administrate and support Remediation Management Strategy
Handle large dataset including classifying and reconciling accounts/access to identities.
Track record of supporting a large Production deployment of Brainwave GRC Analytics tracking issues, seeking resolution, and providing root cause analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills when working with other teams, providing feature documentation, and providing product demonstrations to larger audiences
