Job description

We are seeking experienced AP Math educators to join our team in developing instructional videos aimed at assisting students in preparing for the AP Exam. This is an independent contractor opportunity where you will collaborate with a dedicated team to produce engaging video content complementing our educational materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Experience teaching one or more of the following Advanced Placement courses in a high school setting:
AP Statistics (preferred)
AP Calculus AB
AP Calculus BC
Strong familiarity with the AP Course and Exam Descriptions
Previous experience creating instructional videos or lectures
Additional experience as an AP Reader, AP Table Leader, or AP Consultant is advantageous
Required Skills:

Dedication to education and continuous learning
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and succinctly, both verbally and in writing
Strategic and analytical thinking to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling content
Track record of working independently within a collaborative team environment
Openness to receiving and incorporating constructive feedback
Agility to adapt, brainstorm, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the AP content team to produce AP Math instructional videos
Develop coherent scripts for instructional videos based on provided materials
Record initial video content at our Dallas office as needed
Incorporate feedback to enhance lecture videos
Coordinate with the video production team to deliver final products
Work closely with management to meet project deadlines
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate, up to $35 per hour
Remote position with occasional in-office recording requirements
