Adventist Health Portland is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at our Clackamas Clinic as a Primary Care Hybrid, covering the following responsibilities and partnering with our PCP group by:

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. Newly trained and experienced APP's will be considered. This is not a J-1 eligible opportunity.
