Job description
Adecco Staffing is working with a company to bring on a senior level Director of Human Resources. This is a full time, direct hire position. This position is an in-office position.
Job Title : Senior Director of Human Resources
Salary: Dependent on experience
Job Responsibilities :
· Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.
· Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.
· Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
· Must be comfortable working with general managers on all projects, issues, etc.
· Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements.
· Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
· Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
· Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies.
· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
· Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities.
Job Requirements:
· 8+ years in a role as a human resources director or senior human resource business partner
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relatable degree.
· Great people skills
· Positive attitude
· Ability to multitask
· Strong leadership skills
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
· Good problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
