Industrial Engineer 1

The Industrial Engineering team within the Client is seeking Industrial Engineers to join our growing team located in Everett, Washington, USA.

Position Overview:
Our Industrial Engineering contractors will focus on documenting time standards and processes to focus on production stability. This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies. Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.

We are looking to place Industrial Engineer candidates on daily tasks associated with validating current hours per order/job performance, as well as creating new time standards to be used to implement new scheduling software. Follow on actions will include analyzing value added versus non-value-added processes, recommending process improvements, and elevating safety and quality hazards and risks for root-cause investigation.

Shifts: 1st

6 month contract.
The Industrial Engineer role is 100% Onsite.

Target Start Date: ASAP.
