Ph.D. degree or above in immunology, cytology or related majors, graduated from QS top 100;
Rich expertise in molecular biology and immunology;
Familiar with molecular biology related experimental techniques;
Familiar with immune cell culture, IPSC cells are preferred;
Strong literature retrieval ability and Chinese and English writing ability, proficient in the use of common biological software and databases;
Strong execution ability, logical analysis ability, good at independent thinking, good pressure resistance, communication and coordination ability Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development of immune cell culture technology and IPSC related technologies;
Responsible for project research, project approval and feasibility analysis, collect scientific basis for product development and provide relevant technical indicators, formulate project research plans and organize implementation;
Solve the difficulties encountered in the project in time to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
Responsible for the collation and analysis of experimental data and results, and write project reports;
Draft experimental operation standard procedures, new product related documentation, technical patents, project declarations, etc., and write and publish papers;
Report the R&D progress in a timely manner and complete other matters assigned by the superior.
