National Account Manager - E-Commerce

Job description
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our US Sales team. Working with our Pureplay retailers and Retail partners. Across our portfolio of brands, you will manage customer communication with key pureplay accounts and support growth in this area by driving sales for the business. In addition, you will partner across the US sales team to build retail.com expertise and accelerate digital penetration. Knowledge or experience working with Amazon and online beauty channels would be preferable.
What You’ll do:
- Manage and execute our strategy with Amazon by utilizing Amazon Seller Central to maximise sales through Amazon.com
- Develop and propose new expansion areas for our Amazon catalogue, identifying potential growth areas in new categories, alongside NPD
- Develop and implement an Amazon content development strategy, alongside Amazon Advertising services to grow sales
- Guide and track agency execution to accelerate Amazon growth and drive profitable growth
- Advise and support digital acceleration across key accounts, including implementation of best practices and evaluation of retail media all
- Wholly manage the account including (but not limited to) timelines, retailer expectations, newness in coordination with global launches, sales, spend, and promotional cadence
- Own internal communication and documentation including display trackers, project updates, ad calendars, and communication of timelines & deliverables Lead the annual account planning process and execution for Amazon, developing joint business planning. Contribute to digital/retail.com plan building and execution with key accounts to build digital penetration and omnichannel acceleration.
- Acting as a key point of contact for all NPD planning and Seasonal activity
- Negotiate cost pricing where relevant
- Provide efficient sign off and forecast of income and promotional rebates with the finance team
- Full P&L management and budget management
- Working alongside our supply teams to provide accurate forecasts
- Coordinate with US marketing manager and collaborate with UK team on global launches, gaining 360* support campaign for launches to ensure best in class execution
- Coordinate with US marketing manager and collaborate with global content team to identify opportunities to increase retail sales, boost shipments and increase internal profitability
- Engage in the preparation and participation of status & business planning meetings both with the account and internal teams at headquarters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant business account
- Responsible for being part of a team that achieves (and exceeds) sales quotas, profit expectations, and customer objectives
