Job Summary: Reliable Chevrolet Springfield is seeking an experienced, motivated Service Advisor to join our team of customer service representatives. In this role, you will become part of our team of dedicated professionals, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced service department. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers an excellent compensation package, including the following:

• Competitive, base salary of $36,000 - $120,000 annually, paid bi-weekly
• Commissions based bonus structure

Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class customer service to Reliable Chevrolet Springfield customers
• Understand and accurately describe automotive service and related products available to customers
• Build relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Handle customer inquiries regarding service estimates, maintenance schedules, repair recommendations, and other related inquiries, in person and/or over the phone
• Maintain communication throughout the service and repair process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers after services are completed
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to remedy situations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the service department

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a customer service-related role, preferably in an automotive dealership
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and efficiently
• High level of professionalism
• Knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and service procedures
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Basic computer skills
