Are you passionate about skincare? We're on the lookout for a National Account Education Training Manager to lead the development of brand-focused education and digital content programs for our retail partners, with a particular emphasis on Sephora. In this role, you'll foster brand connection and loyalty by creating and delivering training programs and tools to support Beauty Advisors in Sephora stores, Dermalogica Instructors, and Dermalogica Sephora Account Managers. This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, providing an exciting opening for a qualified candidate to step into this pivotal role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*Educational Collaboration:*
- Collaborate closely with the National Account Sales Director and Regional Managers to ensure educational programs align strategically with key business drivers, such as selling capabilities, product activations, and strategic growth plans.
- Design and deliver impactful Sephora brand "takeovers" focused on service and sales drivers in partnership with the National Accounts Sales Director.
- Gather input from Regional Managers, the National Field Sales Manager, and the field team to identify specific educational needs.
- Assist the National Accounts Sales Director in hiring and onboarding licensed contract professionals for in-store support at select Sephora locations.
- Partner with Sephora education leads to develop cross-brand training and exceptional materials for sales generation.
- Coordinate in-field sales and event support scheduling in collaboration with Sephora Account Managers and District Education Managers.
- Develop training programs for freelance sales support personnel.
- Maintain the educational materials database to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with the Dermalogica National Training Manager to provide Dermalogica Instructor training and share best practices across all assigned business channels.
- Provide quarterly educational support for sales market meetings, trade shows, and virtual meetings.

*Training and Development:*

The role consists of 20% development and 80% execution, including:
- Creating engaging, retail-driven brand and product training content for Sephora Beauty Advisors to enhance knowledge and sales.
- Developing interactive training tools for on-floor training of Sephora Beauty Advisors.
- Designing and delivering monthly internal retail training programs for Dermalogica Sephora Account Managers.
- Providing in-person sales and training support for Sephora store partners.
- Assisting Sephora stores with events and promotional activities alongside Dermalogica Instructors and SAMS.
- Planning, pitching, and creating quarterly online training for the Sephora gratis program.
- Producing, filming, and editing microlearning videos for the Sephora Learning Management System (LMS).

**Qualification Requirements:**

To excel in this role, candidates must:
- Hold a current esthetics license.
- Have experience with behind-camera work, an advantage.
- Possess previous on-floor retail experience.
- Demonstrate experience in training or related functions, preferably in a retail environment.

*Internal Candidates:*

- Require a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Dermalogica Instructor.
- Senior Instructor level is preferred but not mandatory.

**Other Skills and Abilities:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience in video production for training content.
- Creative thinking abilities.
- Flexibility.
- Positive attitude with a desire to help others succeed.
- Drive to foster team mentality and strong working partnerships.
- Approachable and amiable demeanor.

**Working Conditions:**

- Workdays may involve training on a busy retail floor with high noise levels.
- Flexible schedule with occasional weekends and evenings required.
- Up to 70% domestic travel.
- Ideal candidates should reside in regions with a strong Sephora market presence; remote work from home is acceptable.

**Physical Requirements:**

- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Must stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, and crawl.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required.
- Occasional travel by car and plane for business purposes.
