Job description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around Green Bay, WI. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $35/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
Maintain clean equipment tools & work area
Follow established safety procedures
Record an accurate log of job times & specifications of audit reports
Accurately read weld symbols
Weld within tight tolerances
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
5+ Years of Experience Flat Welding, TIG on Aluminum
Weld Test
GTAW & GMAW Welding Abilities
TIG Welding Experience on 1/16 Aluminum & Stainless Steel to 1/2 thick
Understanding of distortion control
Ability to read work orders, blueprints, instructions, formulas, and/or processing charts to ensure precise & accurate welding
Ability to read blueprints
