- Worksite Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid)
- Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually
What youll do as the Account Manager: - Develop new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
- Analyze certificate, endorsement, and audit requests
- Facilitate the flow of information from agents and underwriters, whether to internal teams and/or clients
- Initiate cancellation and non-renewal notices timely according to statutory and contractual requirements
- Interact regularly with brokers, clients, and underwriters regarding certificates
- Provide and/or assist with quotations and binders for new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Proactively initiate and coordinate renewal activity on assigned accounts
- Review client accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact clients on receivable collections
- Notify brokers of pertinent information related to client retention
What youll bring to the Account Manager role: - Associates degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines Brokerage experience
- Must possess a valid insurance license and continuously meet the requirements for renewal
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
