This position is open to any level of RN, including Residents. The Hospital's Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Their comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. The Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.

*Sign on bonus is for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment. This is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the Hospital that begins on your first day of employment.

36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts
24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Experience Required for a Nursing Resident: Less than one (<1) year experience
Experience Required for a Staff RN: One (1) year experience in nursing specialty posted
Preferred qualifications: National Certification in area of specialty
