MVP Recruitment is assisting a highly regarded post-acute care and senior living operator in Massachusetts with hiring a Director of Operations. This position will help to support continued growth and further establish the organization's reputation as the golden standard for success in the senior living industry.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a VP or Regional Director of Operations within the Skilled Nursing industry. A background as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is strongly preferred.
The Director of Operations will be a key member of the organization’s leadership team. Providing guidance and operational oversight to currently owned and managed communities as well as future managed communities throughout Massachusetts.
