Job description
The Physician Assistant (PA) is responsible for collaborating with members of the Bon Secours medical group staff to provide medical care to acutely ill or injured patients of all ages presenting to the Medical Practice. In addition, the PA cares for a wide range of medical complications, some of which require immediate medical attention that are often serious and may be life threatening.
Responsibilities:
Experience:
Previous experience as a Licensed Physician Assistant required.
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an AMA accredited Physician Assistant program required.
Licenses / Certifications: Current NYS license to practice medicine. Unrestricted DEA number. National Commission for Certified Physician’s Assistants (NCCPA). Current BLS certificate required.
