Job description

Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a collegial department. You may expect a busy practice in a physician led financially stable organization, committed to both high quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

Join 4fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologists (18 total radiologists), two interventional APPs and a dedicated clinic nurse. The team is supported by excellent relationships with referring MDs and participates in multiple multidisciplinary conferences. The practice includes PAD procedures, EVAR/TEVAR, all non-breast biopsies, interventional oncology including solid organ ablation and Y-90 therapy, venous interventions, vascular and dialysis access as well as a wide variety of general IR typical of a tertiary-level community practice. We are also the regional trauma center. The IRs are considered the vascular specialists and interpret most non-emergent vascular diagnostic exams.

Eau Claire, with a metro area of 163,000 is home to the 11,000 students at the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Strong schools, low crime rate, and a reasonable cost of living may be expected. With an abundance of outdoor activities, The city also serves as the retail center for west central Wisconsin and the major metro area of Minneapolis/St. Paul is 90 minutes away.
