Licensed Mental Health Counselor Position Available - Join Our Compassionate Team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake assessments and create tailored treatment plans for each client
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, etc.
• Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive support for patients
• Participate in continuous education opportunities to stay current with industry best practices
• Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and program effectiveness

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution
• Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction ( LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required

• Weekly direct deposit.
• Competitive salary ranging from $115k-$130k annually based on hours worked.
