Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Systems Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the efficiency of our healthcare operations by implementing and optimizing software solutions. As a key member of our collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact patient care and overall staff experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Timely Project Delivery: Ensure the completion of project deliverables within set timelines to meet project deadlines.
Client and Vendor Interaction: Regularly engage with clients and vendors, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
Software Configuration: Collaborate with software vendors to configure systems for optimal use, addressing clinical needs and workflow requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinic leaders and providers to understand clinical needs, front desk workflows, and provider workflows. Evaluate the potential impact of software solutions and propose enhancements.
Content Development: Develop patient forms and educational content in collaboration with clinic leaders and providers.
System Deployment: Configure systems to deploy forms and educational materials according to desired settings.
Data Integration: Collaborate with providers and medical staff to integrate patient-reported data into the electronic medical record (EMR).
Training and Support: Provide training and education to clinic staff and internal support staff on software usage. Act as a helpful resource and point of contact for system-related inquiries.
Documentation: Create technical documents, manuals, and training materials to support efficient system use.
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on the data generated by the patient form system.
Comprehensive Testing: Perform thorough testing from both patient and staff perspectives to ensure system functionality.
Project Coordination: Coordinate system upgrades and project launches, managing various moving pieces and teams.
Onsite Support: Provide onsite support for clients during project launches, ensuring a smooth transition.
Innovative Strategies: Identify and support new strategies and processes to improve the overall patient and staff experience.
Community Engagement: Occasionally participate in community functions related to outreach events throughout the year.
Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: 1+ years of professional experience working with healthcare software.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Software; analytics experience desired.
Communication: Strong, effective communicator with the ability to tailor communication to differing audiences.
Collaboration: Team-oriented and collaborative with the ability to flex in support of changing timelines and deliverables.
Problem-Solving: A problem solver with the demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions and handle confidential information.
Environmental Conditions:

Work Setting: Office setting that also embraces a flexible, virtual workplace.
Preferred Onsite Presence: Candidates preferred to be onsite 2 days per week, but fully remote work is available.
Connectivity: To maintain connection with the team while working remotely, employees are expected to have regular access to high-speed Internet connections and turn on video/webcam for the majority of virtual meetings.
Travel: Occasionally required to travel to other work locations for client or team meetings.
Flexibility: Occasionally flex work hours to nights or weekends for system issues or project go-lives.
