Job description

Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for a Cath Lab Technologist. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Carbondale, IL, 62901

Assignment Start Date: 2/26/2024

13 weeks | Days | 10-hour shift | 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs diagnostic radiographic exams.
• Utilizes PACS and EMR systems
• Performs interventional procedures per protocol and established procedures.
• Maintains appropriate IV and Contrast Competency
• Follows established protocols and procedures for proper patient position, exposure control, and radiation protection.
• Performs office duties as needed.
• Communicates clearly and effectively with all involved in the patient care process.
• Cleans and inspects departmental equipment
• Cleans and stocks Imaging rooms.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have CATH lab Experience
• Coronary and peripheral experience and structural & complex experience is preferred.
• Expected to scrub and run the cameras.(This is not a need for just an RCIS. )

Education: Associate degree

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• ARRT(R) Certification in Radiology is required.
• IEMA
• BLS.

EMR System: EPIC experience preferred

Shift: 4x 10 hour shifts. Days and weekends as required. 1 weeknight and every 4th weekend of call. 30 minutes to get here and be ready to work.
