- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future performance and analyze trends.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular financial reports for management, summarizing key metrics and variances.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identifying areas of improvement and making strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze financial KPIs to assess the company's overall financial health.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and control of the annual budget.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Evaluate budget variances and provide explanations for discrepancies.
- Financial Forecasting:
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential impacts on financial performance.
- Provide timely and accurate financial forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Financial Reporting Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and accounting standards.
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements for external reporting.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and organize financial databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Implement efficient data collection processes to streamline financial analysis.
Qualifications arrow_right
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 3 - 5 years' experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
