Join a nationally recognized regional law firm based in Northern New Jersey that is actively seeking a new Corporate Attorney to join their Corporate & Securities Group. As a Corporate Attorney, you will work on cases across a diverse range of industries, including banking and finance, life sciences and healthcare, food and beverage, technology, and real estate. You will collaborate closely with the Corporate & Securities team, and you will be responsible for handling sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow, asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions.
To qualify, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, admission to the NJS Bar, and experience in general corporate matters, securities-related transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity, and investment funds) and corporate matters relating to real estate development and joint ventures.
