Senior Manager, HRIS Kohler Energy

Opportunity
As the Senior Manager – HRIS, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the Human Capital Management Systems for our organization, while also leading our Data & Analytics team. You will be the driving force behind the design, implementation, and optimization of our HCMS and data analytics strategies, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and support our mission.
Specific Responsibilities
Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive HRIS/HCMS strategy, including vendor selection, implementation, and maintenance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather HR process requirements and translates them into system configurations. Ensures the HRIS/HCMS meets compliance standards and enhances the overall employee experience. Oversees the integration of HR systems, data, and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Collaborates closely with HR leaders, IT teams, and other leads to ensure seamless integration of HRIS/HCMS and data systems. Communicates regularly with executive leadership to provide updates on HRIS/HCMS and data analytics initiatives and progress. Provides guidance and support to ensure end-users are trained and proficient in utilizing HCMS and accessing relevant data.
Builds and leads a high-performing Data & Analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. Develops and implements a data strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure HR and business performance, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Drives data-driven insights to support talent acquisition, employee development, retention, and overall HR strategy. Partners with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements and cost savings.
Leverages the HRIS/HCMs/Data Analytics tools to identity trends within Human Resources data, presenting thought-provoking findings to senior leadership to support evidence-based decision making.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information technology, business, or other related field required, with a preference towards a master’s degree and/or HR, HCMS, or HRIS certifications.
5+ years of experience implementing and managing HRIS/HCMS systems, preferably working with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM Cloud.
Strong background in data analytics, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and data modeling.

The salary range for this position is $141,450 - $181,850. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
