WE ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY SUPERVISOR

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- IWS Quality Pillar Member
- Review QIE( Quality Incident Elimination), CoCoE (Consumer Complains Eliminations), Quality Triggers
- Conduct Quality DDS meetings. (Daily Meeting)
- Attend SDS/Line DDS meetings.
- Participate in QIE/CoCoE improvement meetings.
- Participate in Gemba walks.
- Drive High Performing Culture
- Employee Engagement, 1:1 meeting w/ direct reports, coaching, training.
- Ensure employee recognition occurs as needed.
- Product Quality
- Product Sampling & Testing
- Non-conformance Management /Records Management
- Product/Material Quarantine Process including Rework.
- Back up for PQT’s
- Manage CDC and HPHC sampling.
- Release product as required.
- Consumer Complaint Investigation
- Supplier Management
- Factory test, Operational assessments
- FDA Inspections
- NPI
- Provide quality data to support submissions.
- Factory test, PMTA, MRTPA, SE’s
- Complete required FDA trainings
- EHS
- Pulsar Observations, monitor adherence to regulatory/company standards.
- Support implementation of programs to ensure compliance with Company EHS polices, Company Safety, Rules and regulatory requirements.
- Implement programs to support achieving Company EHS and ESG objectives.
- Responsible for operational integration of EHS programs that result in reduction of health & safety risk and environmental impacts.
- Understand responsibilities for compliance with regulatory requirements and Company standards.
- Complete EHS-required training.
- Immediately report all injuries and illnesses and participate in investigations and development of corrective actions.
- Participate in EHS programs as required by assigned site/role (e.g., PULSAR safety observation program, Safety Triggers)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- BS Degree (Entry); OR associate degree with relevant experience (2+ yrs); or High School diploma or equivalent with relevant experience (5+ yrs).
- Strong Quality background or related field
- Experience with manufacturing reporting systema and databases
- Experience with Pilgrim a plus
- Previous experience in quality control, sampling and/or testing
- Knowledge of tobacco manufacturing processes, food GMP (a plus)
- Strong quality background (sampling, testing, calibration, metrology, qualification, validation, principles, and practical application) or technical background with capacity to gain Quality background.
- Effectively manage the work of others
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight.
- Strong interpersonal skills; exercise sound, risk-based decision making.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Office, quality systems, & computer applications
- Problem solving, root cause analysis, Plan-Do-Check-Act, CAPA
BENEFICIAL
- Willingness to acquire and maintain appropriate quality certifications for role.
- (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, HACCP auditor, etc)
- Results oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Knowledge of TPMP regulation

SALARY AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW
Wage Information
- Annual Salary: Minimum: $82.000; Maximum: $110,000
- Bonus Target: 10%
