Job description
As a Steampunk Salesforce O&M Lead / Functional Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational integrity and strategic development of our Salesforce environment. This individual will be responsible for managing the Salesforce platform's day-to-day operations while also acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, extensive experience in business analysis, and the ability to lead projects and teams to successful outcomes.
