The General Counsel provides counseling and strategic legal advice to company and its affiliates and related entities (the Business). The GC will provide legal and compliance advice to the Business over a range of business and legal issues, including, e.g., contract administration, intellectual property, transactions, employment, competition, government contracting and ITAR compliance, export control and related trade issues, compliance issues, litigation, privacy, strategic partnering agreements, operational risk management. The GC will report to the CEO of the Business. Some international and domestic travel may be involved in this position.
