Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated, qualified, compassionate and experienced individual to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in home healthcare. The day-to-day duties of this role include assisting clients with all ADL's, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication refill reminders. The client resides in a facilitated home (memory care), so there will be staff onsite to assist or accommodate with care, additionally. The client can be resistant, is a fall risk (needs help transferring) and has COPD. Memory Care experience a plus! 1 Assignments in Buford, Ga Standard shift: 12 HRS per week– Tues. & Thurs. 9am-3pm Qualifying shift: Full time hours available **Other assignments also open for part-time hours** Hours available for each location vary according to each client Benefits: Pay: $17.00/hr Also includes the following: Weekend Shift Differential Requirements to start: 1 year experience PCA/HHA training or CNA certification BLS/First Aid TB test results Local Background check* Negative Covid Test** MUST provide excellent service and care to our patients ***PLEASE HAVE ALL REQUIREMENTS OR BE WILLING TO PROVIDE ASAP*** We are hiring NOO Can start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, if interested, apply on Indeed for this specific position:

Job Type: Weekdays Medical specialties: Geriatrics Home Health Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) Memory Care Experience (Preferred) License/Certification: Valid DL, First Aid/CPR/PCA/CNA Certification (Preferred) Work Location: On the road Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to): Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, bowel & bladder care, dressing and eating Assist clients with ambulation and help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) Plan and prepare small meals Assist client to complete shopping or accompany them successfully do so Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary Qualifications: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment Willingness to enforce health and safety standards Take pride in providing high quality care About Us We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
