Our 30+ year-old company has been growing, and we need your help to continue to build our business and be the best staffing supplier to our customers. As a Staffing Specialist based out of our Paterson, NJ location, we need a light-industrial recruiter that encompasses the skills necessary to collaborate and oversee multiple clients throughout the surrounding area. You need the desire to genuinely listen and gain a deeper understanding of our clients’ and candidates’ needs, the capability to shift your priorities based on what is happening during the day, and the confidence to bounce back from disappointment to failure. You will learn our real-world processes to determine how to best use our tools and collaborate with fellow team members to make the search and placement process a successful one by way of active communication, keeping a pulse on the market we serve, and technology.

Some of the essential duties and responsibilities are:

• Source and identify qualified applicants for clients through walk-in applicants/visitors, lead program, social media platforms, and host job/career fairs.
• Extend formal/informal job offers to candidates, describe in detail on-the-job expectations and description, GMPs and client policies.
• ·Manage day-to-day recruitment including strategies on increasing the number of associates on assignment, generating additional branch revenue, and expanding our market.
• Visit assigned clients for walk through, check-ins, or deliver SMG’s recruitment strategy.

Job Requirements

• · 2+ years of recruiting/customer service experience
• · 1+ years of Microsoft Excel
• · Must be Bilingual in Spanish
• · Excellent communication skills with an approachable demeanor
• · Strong ability to actively listen with patience.
• · Target driven
• · Teamwork mentality with the skill to facilitate healthy and confident interactions.
