In this role, you will independently provide substantial and specialized nursing care, specifically addressing the needs of your patients. You will have the opportunity to initiate, develop, implement and revise your patients plan of care, as necessary, through careful observation and evidence-based practice. Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of NC.
• Minimum one-year direct patient care required.
• Minimum one year home health experience strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and company required auto liability insurance.
