Job Title - RightFax Analyst
Location - Irving, Texas
Job Description :
- Strongly Preferred candidates who have 4-5 years of experience in Production Support, OpenText RightFax, Enterprise Fax Applications, Windows, MS SQL Server, Telephony (Analog, TDM , FoIP, CISCO), Network working knowledge, VM Ware, Disaster Recovery
- Experience in Production Support
- Experience in OpenText RightFax, Windows RightFax, Enterprise Fax Applications
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Windows Applications
- Strongly Prefer Experience in Telephony (Analog, TDM , FoIP, CISCO)
- Strongly Prefer Experience in VM Ware
- Strong prefer experience in Disaster Recovery and Fault Tolerance
- Experience working on multiple projects for Agile project delivery.
