Job description
Responsibilities arrow_right
- Support our purchasing team by assisting with a variety of tasks and processes.
- Gain experience with our Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) System, SAP.
- Manage purchase orders and invoices, communicate with suppliers, assist with expediting raw materials and packages, and analyze data by identifying trends.
- Meet with different departments and leaders within Kluber Lubrication to understand the full business model.
Qualifications arrow_right
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of college coursework completed with a major focusing in Business, Management, Accounting a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and intermediate Excel skills. Experience with SAP or a similar ERP, a plus.
- Strong communication skills – ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers using verbal and written distribution channels.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
