Job description
Consolidated Investment Group LLC. a premier investment management company with an extraordinary record of success and a reputation for collaboration, partnership, depth of knowledge and experience, and a history of finding opportunities has an immediate opportunity for a Construction and Development Manager in Englewood, Colorado.
This position provides the support and leadership on a wide variety of land development and vertical construction projects, in multi-family and industrial real estate.
On a day-to-day basis, the Construction and Development Manager establishes budgets and schedules, coordinates with the design team, contractors, and other involved parties to provide conceptual designs and preliminary costs, negotiates contracts, and secures approvals, permits, final certificates of occupancy, and other items needed for a successful project completion.
Qualifications The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the real estate market, permit application process, best practices in project management, as well as financials and budgets.
- Minimum 5 -10 years of experience managing multi-family ground-up development projects experience
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
- Knowledgeable of construction documents/plans and maintenance concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant direct experience with a multi-family residential development
- Minimum previous experience required for performing the duties of the job
- Experience and or knowledge of modular construction methods a plus

The annual salary range is $150,000 - $170,000, depending on qualifications and skills.
Consolidated Investment Group offers a hybrid work environment: Mondays and Tuesdays work at the office and the rest of the week from home. This position may travel up to 40%.
