Our Channel Operations team ensures the smooth and fast processing of orders from our national and international retail and distribution network, making sure our valued customers receive their ordered goods as soon as possible. This talented team also supports our customers efficiently with all issues related to order fulfillment and deliveries. Through this work the team makes a critical contribution to our sales team's success and the improved experience of our customers.
What You'll Do
- Overseeing national and international orders from our retail and distribution partners
- Processing new orders and forwarding them to the fulfilment center, coordinating deliveries, availability, and allocation
- Acting as a first point of contact for our customers with questions concerning order processing, delivery, returns, and any other order-related inquiries
- Coordinating internal communication and organization between our Territory Sales Managers, Supply Chain Management, and Accounting team
- Maintaining all internal and external sales operations and ordering systems
- Generating license codes to replenish electronic serial delivery stock for platforms and commission partners
- Setting up electronic software distribution products and campaigns
- Providing account-related support such as sales report audits, Educational Bundle Subscription renewals, documentation, and invoicing, partner onboarding and account set-up
What You'll Need
- You have previous experience in order management or sales administration (such as: customer service, inventory, logistics, or distribution)
- You speak English at native proficiency
- You are familiar working with ERP systems (ideally Oracle EBS) and CRM systems
- You have completed a relevant qualification or apprenticeship in a related field
- You bring a customer-first approach to your work and can demonstrate great communication skills within a professional environment
- You like to solve problems and can offer examples of how you have proactively developed business solutions in your previous work environments
- You like working with others, and enjoy contributing to a team environment and working with a range of stakeholders
- You have experience working with Microsoft Office and are comfortable to learn new tools and technologies
