Bethany Heights Dental Care seeks a positive and energetic Front Office Assistant to join our patient-focused team! Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with a positive approach
- Provide patients with clear explanations of their treatment plans and billing
- Create an efficient schedule for doctors and hygienists.
- Support fellow team members by fulfilling patient care responsibilities
- Look over and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office
- Direct any patient billing or financial inquiries to the correct department
- Assist with any other office needs as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum one-year prior dental front office experience
- Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
