Job description

Part-time position with flexible scheduling. As the administrator of a real estate team, you will be acting in several capacities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Many of your duties fall under the broad tasks of coordinating, managing, and supervising transactions, but there are three critical roles that an administrator assumes on any real estate team. They are administrative management, customer relationship management, and marketing. The real estate business that comes in will drive your daily and weekly duties. Some days, the company will have a lot of new listings so, naturally, you will spend more time working on listing processes. However, in real estate, we are always looking forward and preparing for the future, so we will have you fulfilling our processes as part of your marketing role, as this will help bring in more leads and listings down the line. Responsibilities:
