Shift: 8-5 M-F
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00
Job Description
Program Dates : May 20 - August 9, 2024 (Summer 2024)
Time Commitment : Full-time
Format : Hybrid (Carrollton, GA or Atlanta, GA with 1-3 days in office)
Role Summary
This position will support the Talent Acquisition team in several aspects of recruiting. This person will help with multiple projects regarding recruiting data, process documentation and helping with hiring events, marketing, sourcing, etc. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and in team settings. This position will have occasional travel to corporate in Carrollton, GA as well as our Atlanta Battery Office, next to the Braves stadium.
Description of Responsibilities
Assist with gathering, validating and consolidating recruiting data and metrics
Assist with creation of SOP’s and best practices as it relates to recruiting
Participate in hiring events, branding and marketing
Assist with sourcing, resume review and other parts of the recruitment process
Help with assembling presentation materials, document retention practices, etc.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Minimum 2.5 GPA
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Finance, Economics, Data Science or Liberal Arts
Must have reliable transportation to and from work as needed
Must have some experience with Microsoft Excel
Proven working experience in a team environment
Experience in systems thinking and process management
Strong organization, planning and analytical skills
Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
