Job description

Supply Chain Global Trade Compliance Associate Analyst will assess needs and perform actions required to ensure the compliance with all government import and export laws within assigned countries and regions.
Day to day:
Evaluate assess and resolve trade compliance issues.
Support strategies and processes for import brokerage and export licensing at global locations.
Provide notification to the U.S. and other government agencies regarding movement of goods in and out of the country.
Product Classification Analyze to determine appropriate classification of product to meet U.S. government import and export requirements including the Schedule B HTS ECCN and TSCA.
Product Qualification Follow established processes to determine and document how product qualifies for preferential treatment under various government FTAs.
Systems Super User Configure write test scripts perform testing and support implementations of Edwards automated trade compliance system globally.
Person:
Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry preferred.
Basic understanding of U.S. and global trade compliance laws and regulations preferred.
Strong communication (verbal and written) presentation attention to detail interpersonal and systems skills are key.
Bachelors Degree required.
Capable of performing audits and developing well written userfriendly compliance processes and procedures.
