BODYPUMP Inst ructor:
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music - helping you achieve much more than on your own!
As a Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA, you will create a positive class environment that is non-competitive and non-threatening. Our Group Fitness Instructors implement group fitness activities while following the mission, goals, and philosophies of the YMCA and are role models and professional representatives of the YMCA.
You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming participants at the beginning of class and tracking class attendance, keeping the group fitness studio neat and clean, and leading safe and effective group fitness classes that are encouraging and motivating.
All Y employees receive a free YMCA membership!
